Biography


Author Mitt Winstead, a native of Tucson, Arizona, started his writing career while working in the construction industry where his writing took the form of contracts and correspondence. While on assignment in Michigan, Mitt wrote a short story called Mitt Spoken Here, and was pleasantly surprised at the positive response from co-workers, friends and family. Mitt knew immediately that he was hooked on writing about subjects other than construction. He has since written and published two self-help books and has finished his first novel, Evil in the Mirror, which was published by Wheatmark in June....Like his main character, Jon Mull, Mitt is dedicated to getting the job done and perseverance. When Mitt is not writing his next mystery, he is riding his Harley-Davidson, searching for meteorites in the desert, or spending quality time with his wife, four dogs and an evil Meyer's parrot.

Mitt's sequel "Day Stalker" will hit the stands in late fall!
