This book was amazing! I just finished reading it and is one of the best I have ever read! I started reading it last night before bed and only planned to read for an hour or so. I actually put it down, reluctantly, turned off the light and tried to go to sleep. It was obvious that wasn't going to happen. The story just kept running through my head and I had to pick it back up and read some more until I just had to get some sleep. I kept thinking about it all day, and couldn't wait to get home from work to finish it! I've only experienced this kind of morbid attraction a couple times before with other murder mysteries. This book is dark and disturbing to say the least; it's the perfect murder mystery! I can't wait for the sequel! Oh, and I can't believe Amazon hasn't posted the cover art for this book. It's simple and to the point.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was fast-paced and kept my interest from start to finish. Since I live in Arizona, I enjoyed reading about places that were familiar to me. It was also nice that the story took place in 1968 - without cells phones and computer technology. I look forward to another book by this author. |

You can't stop reading until you finish it! WOW...what a story by a great new talent!!! Can't wait for the sequel.... Thank you, Mr. Author Winstead!

Pick it up and with much difficulty you will put it down; this murder mystery is passionate, quick paced, fascinating, a thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat. If you enjoy murder mysteries put this on your must read list! I can’t wait until the movie comes out!!!
